The first quarter of each financial year has been a quieter period for us. We would like to spread our workflow more evenly over the whole year. This means getting more work in during our quieter period, which is from July to September.
In order to give you an incentive to get your clients to bring in and complete their SMSF work in the first quarter of the year, we are offering:
New clients, a 50% discount on our normal fee rates is offered;
Existing clients doing current-year returns, a 25% discount will be applied.
This offer applies when jobs are received after July 1 and can be completed before September 30, and is subject to normal ethical clearance criteria and no audit contravention report is required.

OUR AVERAGE AUDIT FEE IS $635
Trustees and tax practitioners need to be careful to engage auditors who are both independent and competent in their audit reports. Low cost audits are an alert to the ATO that the SMSF auditor may not be fulfilling these requirements.
